Ufficio Zero Linux Tropea 3.0 è stata rilasciata in versione stabile
Siamo lieti di annunciarvi il rilascio della versione stabile nome in codice Tropea.
Cosa c'è di nuovo?
- Ufficio Zero Linux Tropea 3.0 si basa su Linux Mint 20 ed usa Mate DM
- le dimensioni della iso sono minimali e viene utilizzato solo software open source in aggiunta a gestione driver di terze parti
- l'installer utilizzato è Calamares (in fase di installazione quando richiesto utilizzare la password evolution)
- per la creazione della iso è stato utilizzato Penguin's eggs
- ad installazione effettuata dal menu principale è possibile utilizzare l'installer Aruba Sign e l'utility post-install che installa software open source, suddiviso per categoria: sviluppo, ufficio, multimedia, ecc.
- nel menu secondario nascosto, attivabile con la pressione del tasto centrale del mouse, è presente il link a Jitsi Meet, alternativa open source a Zoom
- nel menu principale è presente il software DWService per il supporto remoto
- LBRY è preinstallato

We're happy to announce the stable version's Ufficio Zero Linux codename Tropea.
What's new?
- Ufficio Zero Linux Tropea 3.0 is based on Linux Mint 20 and uses Mate DM
- the iso is minimal and contains only open source softwares and third party drivers
- We used Calamares installer (when required use password evolution)
- We used Penguin's eggs to create iso files
- after installation is done, you can run post-install from main menu to install other softwares divided by categories: office, image studio, multimedia, development, etc
- if you want to install Aruba Sign (for digital signature) you can run the installer from main menu
- We also provided a link in main menù to install or run DWService, a tool for remote assistance
- if you want to use Jitsi Meet (an open source alternative to Zoom) you can run it from secondary hidden menù, that can be activated by clicking the central mouse button
- LBRY is preinstalled

Siamo lieti di potervi annunciare il rilascio della versione stabile di Ufficio Zero Linux Siena 3.0.1 per processori a 32bit, basata su LMDE4.
Cosa c'è di nuovo rispetto alla precedente versione?
- abbiamo attivato repository remoti globali impostando quello di Garr come predefinito
- Il post-install (universale per Siena, Roma, Vieste e Tropea) è stato aggiornato ed abbiamo aggiunto il software GanntProject nella categoria Ufficio
- l'installer calamares è stato ottimizzato a livello di funzionamento
In fase di avvio del sistema live accedere con user: live e password: evolution ed in seguito, per avviare l'installazione utilizzare la password: evolution
Raccomandiamo di aggiornare sempre il sistema per godere di un prodotto perfettamente funzionante.

- We enabled global remote repositories by setting Garr's as the default
- The post-install (universal for Siena, Rome, Vieste and Tropea) has been updated and we have added the GanntProject software in the Office category
- Calamares installer has been optimized in terms of operation
Please login in live mode with username: live and password: evolution
When required before installation, please use the password: evolution

Ufficio Zero Linux OS Siena 3.1
Siamo lieti di annunciarvi che la release Siena è stata aggiornata alla versione 3.1
La nuova versione contiene:
- ultimi aggiornamenti di sistema
- ultimi aggiornamenti kernel
- software aggiornati
- il nuovo post-install
Abbiamo eliminato le password per un uso più veloce della distro in live-mode ed anche per l'installlazione del sistema.

Ufficio Zero Linux OS Urbino 4.0
Siamo lieti di annunciarvi l'uscita della release Urbino, basata su LMDE5, che prenderà il posto della release Siena di cui il termine del supporto è programmato a fine Agosto 2022.
La release Urbino introduce varie novità, già rilasciate per le altre release:
- postinstall contenente nuovi programmi proposti
- possibilità di installare un firewall desktop in lingua italiana/inglese (OpenSnitch) tramite il postinstall
- HDD Cleaner pulisce lo spazio disco da vecchie versioni kernel non più in uso
- nuovo installer arubasign
Urbino è rilasciata per architetture a 32/64 bit ed è basata su LMDE5, questo significa che porta con se novità utilizzate dal team Mint ma anche dalla comunità Debian.

We are pleased to announce the release of Urbino, based on LMDE5, which will take the place of the Siena release whose end of support is scheduled for the end of August 2022.
The Urbino release introduces various new features, already released for the other releases:
- postinstall containing new proposed programs
- possibility to install a desktop firewall in Italian/English language (OpenSnitch) through the postinstall
- HDD Cleaner cleans the disk space from old kernel versions that are no longer in use
- new ArubaSign installer
Urbino is released for 32/64 bit architectures and is based on LMDE5, this means that it brings with it new features used by the Mint team but also by the Debian community.
