Diamo il benvenuto alla nuova release Lorena, che prenderà il posto dell'attuale Cagliari.
Lorena è basata su PCLinuxOS, è equipaggiata con DE Xfce4, Kernel 6.6.53, ha un look & feel simil Mac, ma è già orientata alla privacy grazie all'utilizzo di LibreWolf, alle applicazioni web e client del fediverso per la collaborazione con Devol e le istanze italiane mastodon.uno, pixelfed.uno, peertube.uno ed altri loro servizi tutti preinstallati.
Le sorprese non finiscono qui, abbiamo rilasciato un aggiornamento di sistema che preinstalla anche l'intera Suite del nostro sponsor Infomaniak: Kmail, Kmeet, Kcalendar, Kchat, Kdrive, Swisstransfer, Kchk per proporre alternative gratuite per uso privato al colosso Google.
Infomaniak è una realtà nota per essere rispettosa della tutela dei dati e dell'ambiente.
Welcome to the new release Lorena, which will replace the current Cagliari.
Lorena is based on PCLinuxOS, is equipped with DE Xfce4, Kernel 6.6. 53, has a Mac-like look & feel, but is already privacy-oriented thanks to the use of LibreWolf, web applications and clients of the fediverse for collaboration with Devol and the Italian instances mastodon.uno, pixelfed.uno, peertube.uno and their other services all pre-installed.

Ufficio Zero Linux OS Cagliari
Per ovviare alle problematiche sulla release Bergamo basata su PCLinuxOS con desktop manager Mate, dipese dagli sviluppatori che apportano continue modifiche ai pacchetti di sistema, abbiamo rilasciato la release Cagliari, basata su PCLinuxOS e con desktop manager KDE5 (proveniente dal ramo principale di sviluppo di PCLinuxOS).
Consigliamo agli utenti che stanno usando la release Bergamo, di installare, dopo aver fatto un backup dei dati, la release Cagliari che sarà aggiornata fino a Dicembre 2025.
La release Cagliari introduce numerose novità:
- kernel aggiornato
- simple update icon da installare con semplice aggiornamento dei pacchetti di sistema
- task di ufficiozero installabili solo se si desidera avere un'esperienza completa uso ufficio
- desktop manager KDE5 più fluido e senza fronzoli
- ed altre piccole novità

To overcome the problems on Bergamo release based on PCLinuxOS with desktop manager Mate, which depended on the developers who make continuous changes to the system packages, We released Cagliari release, based on PCLinuxOS and with desktop manager KDE5 (coming from the main development branch of PCLinuxOS ).
We advise users who are using the Bergamo release to install, after making a data backup, Cagliari release which will be updated until December 2025.
Cagliari release introduces numerous new features:
- updated kernel
- simple update icon to install with simple system package update
- Ufficiozero tasks that can only be installed if you want to have a complete office use experience smoother,
- no-nonsense KDE5 desktop manager
- and other small news

Ufficio Zero Linux OS 11.1 64bit
Siamo lieti di comunicarvi che abbiamo appena rilasciato l'ultima nostra release: la versione 11.1
Questa release è per processori a 64bit e porta con se un nuovo look & feel simil windows 11 ed il nuovo D.M. Cinnamon e si basa su Linux Mint 21.3 mentre la versione 11.0 si basava su Linux Mint 21.2
Nella sezione download è disponibile il link al video di installazione della nuova release.
Gli utenti che hanno già installato la release 11 possono seguire il video di seguito per tenere aggiornato il loro sistema.

We are pleased to inform you that we have just released our latest release: version 11.1
This release is for 64bit processors and brings with it a new look & feel similar to Windows 11 and the new D.M. Cinnamon and is based on Linux Mint 21.3 while version 11.0 was based on Linux Mint 21.2

Ufficio Zero Linux OS Tropea 3.2
Siamo lieti di annunciarvi che la release Tropea è stata aggiornata alla versione 3.2
La nuova versione contiene:
- ultimi aggiornamenti di sistema
- ultimi aggiornamenti kernel
- software aggiornati
- il nuovo post-install
Abbiamo eliminato le password per un uso più veloce della distro in live-mode ed anche per l'installlazione del sistema.
