Siamo felici di avere sempre più conferme della bontà del nostro progetto e di aver trovato un nuovo amico che ha egregiamente recensito Ufficio Zero Linux OS e la sua release 11.1 a 64bit con DM Cinnamon.
Tali conferme ci spingono ad offrire un prodotto gratuito, sempre migliore, grazie anche alle segnalazioni che ci pervengono sul forum, sul quale è possibile registrarsi.
Ricordiamo che al termine della registrazione sul forum sarà necessario, per evitare i continui spammers, inviarci una mail all'indirizzo che trovate nel footer, per la rispettiva abilitazione dell'utenza appena creata.

Nuovi Repository Https
Il nostro team è costantemente impegnato nell'implementazione di nuove soluzioni che possano apportare notevoli migliorie al progetto Ufficio Zero.
Abbiamo quindi deciso di rinnovare i repository di nostra proprietà, migliorandone il funzionamento e la sicurezza, adottando quindi la cifratura con https.
Quali versioni sono interessate da questa implementazione?
Attualmente i nostri repository remoti servono le sole versioni: Roma, Vieste, Tropea e Siena per cui, su tutte le versioni citate, abbiamo rilasciato alcuni pacchetti che apporteranno delle modifiche sui vostri sistemi per l'utilizzo dei repository con connessioni per via https e non più http (che sebbene resterà attiva non verrà più utilizzata).
Tenete aggiornato il vostro sistema ed applicate le modifiche selezionando l'opzione "Sostituisci" quando richiesto dal sistema. Il vostro intervento si riduce a quest'azione.

Il Linux Day 2024 torna a Brescia il 26 Ottobre 2024
Ebbene si! Siamo stati contattati da Vincenzo, uno dei sostenitori del Linux User Group, che si divide tra la zona di Mantova e Brescia, e siamo entusiasti di comunicare ai nostri utenti che abbiamo formalmente avanzato la nostra richiesta per un talk di 20 minuti, dove ovviamente introdurremo il progetto Ufficio Zero Linux OS (per il poco tempo a disposizione) e risponderemo a vostre eventuali domande.
Abbiamo mosso quindi uno step aggiuntivo per far conoscere le nostre release e perchè no, anche noi stessi, a tutti coloro che volessero parteciparvi.
Siamo onorati della richiesta dei volontari del LUG di Gottolengo (BS) e vi aggiorneremo sulla conferma dell'evento e del luogo, anche attraverso i nostri social.

Well yes! We were contacted by Vincenzo, one of the supporters of the Linux User Group, which is divided between the Mantua and Brescia areas, and we are excited to communicate to our users that we have formally submitted our request for a 20-minute talk, where we will obviously introduce the Ufficio Zero Linux OS project (due to the limited time available) and answer any questions you may have.
We have therefore taken an additional step to make our releases known and, why not, ourselves, to all those who would like to participate.

FastMirror supporta Ufficio Zero Linux OS
Il team di Ufficio Zero Linux OS dà il suo benvenuto a FastMirror, mirror aggiuntivo localizzato a Kiev in Ucraina, che da oggi si aggiunge alla nutrita lista di quelli già in uso.
Il vostro sistema proporrà alcuni aggiornamenti che aggiungeranno quindi un altro mirror, oltre a quelli già in uso.
FastMirror è importante perchè ci permette di usare un'altra risorsa aggiuntiva non solo per il download delle iso mediante torrent (essendo a tutti gli effetti un peer) ma anche in ottica di un'espansione di mirror che ci consentirà nel medio e lungo termine di ridefinire un sistema più rapido di aggiornamento dei singoli pc client in uso ai nostri utenti.

The Ufficio Zero Linux OS team welcomes FastMirror, an additional mirror located in Kyiv, Ukraine, which from today joins the large list of those already in use.
Your system will propose some updates which will then add another mirror, in addition to the ones already in use.
FastMirror is important because it allows us to use another additional resource not only for downloading the ISO via torrent (being in effect a peer) but also with a view to expanding mirrors which will allow us in the medium and long term to redefine a faster system for updating the individual client PCs used by our users.
