Ebbene si, avete capito!
La nostra release di punta, la 11.1 a 64bit basata su Linux Mint 21.x si fa in tre!
Le varie immagini di sistema, pubblicate diversi giorni fà, vengono regolarmente scelte dai nostri utenti, in base alla scelta del desktop manager preferito.
Abbiamo realizzato un nuovo tool per i download che fosse dinamico e lasciasse maggiore scelta ai nostri utenti, per cui adesso non vi resta che farvi sotto!
Andate nella pagina dei download e selezionate la vostra release, l'architettura di sistema ed il vostro desktop manager preferito ed il gioco è fatto.

Our flagship release, the 11.1 64-bit based on Linux Mint 21.x is now available in three versions!
The various system images, published several days ago, are regularly chosen by our users, based on their choice of preferred desktop manager.
We have created a new download tool that is dynamic and leaves more choice to our users, so now all you have to do is get going!
Go to the download page and select your release, system architecture and your preferred desktop manager and that's it.

Nuovo repository rpm per le stampanti
Una delle più frequenti ricerche da parte degli user di Linux riguarda il driver delle stampanti.
Sebbene la release Cagliari utilizzi il repository di PCLinuxOS, che comprende un numero veramente cospicuo di driver per le stampanti, abbiamo pensato di creare un ramo a parte dove trovare pacchetti più aggiornati e specifici per molte delle stampanti in uso.
Chiaramente non è possibile inserire tutti i driver ma saremo lieti di inserirne altri su vostra richiesta con una mail a: dev[at]ufficiozero.org
One of the most frequent searches by Linux users concerns the printer driver.
Although the Cagliari release uses the PCLinuxOS repository, which includes a very large number of printer drivers, We decided to create a separate branch where you can find more updated and specific packages for many of the printers in use.
Clearly it is not possible to insert all the drivers but We will be happy to insert others upon your request by sending an email to: dev[at]ufficiozero.org

Abbiamo creato un nuovo main repository per le release Tropea, Vieste, Urbino, Portofino e Duplica che sarà sincronizzato sui mirror dei nostri partner nei prossimi giorni.
Qualora si ricevano errori di nuove chiavi non installate o di file InRelease non aggiornati potete seguire le procedure indicate sulla nostra wiki e di cui di seguito i link:

- Per la release Urbino (32 e 64bit) potete visionare una breve guida a questo link

We have created a new main repository for the Tropea, Vieste, Urbino, Portofino and Duplica releases which will be synchronized on our partners' mirrors in the next few days.
If you receive errors of new keys not installed or outdated InRelease files, you can follow the procedures indicated on our wiki and the links below:

I dispositivi Fido2 Yubico possono essere usati sulle nostre release
Da oggi, mediante i vari pacchetti rilasciati sui nostri repository, è possibile installare le utility per i dispositivi Yubikey Fido2 sulle nostre release.
I dispositivi Yubico insieme a quelli di SwissBit possono quindi essere utilizzati poichè compatibili con sistemi GNU/Linux.
Per farlo potete utilizzare Synaptic, ma prossimamente integreremo i pacchetti in una apposita sezione del Postinstall.
Abbiamo quindi elevato il grado di sicurezza delle nostre release, per tutti coloro che volessero implementare soluzioni di sicurezza in ambito aziendale.
From today, using the various packages released on our repositories, it is possible to install the utilities for the Yubikey Fido2 devices on our releases.
The Yubico devices together with those of SwissBit can therefore be used since they are compatible with GNU/Linux systems.
To do this you can use Synaptic, but soon we will integrate the packages in a special section of the Postinstall.
We have therefore raised the level of security of our releases, for all those who want to implement security solutions in the corporate environment.
